What are Premier Early Tryouts?
Premier Early Tryouts are a new opportunity for the 2026 season that allow athletes to be evaluated and potentially secure a Premier team position ahead of the regular season.

Do all Premier team spots get filled in July?
No. Early tryouts are used to fill a portion of roster spots only. Additional Premier team placements will continue during regular season tryouts in November.

What if my athlete is not selected during early tryouts?
Athletes not selected will still have full opportunity to attend November tryouts and be considered for a Premier team.

Do we have to pay another tryout fee in November?
No. Your early tryout registration fee will be applied toward November tryouts, so you will not be required to pay twice.

What is the registration cost?
$75 registration fee
$100 after July 1, 2026
Registration fees are non-refundable.

If my athlete is selected, what is required to secure their spot?
A $250 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of accepting the offer to secure the roster spot.

What is the payment schedule?
$500 due July 31, 2026
$500 due August 28, 2026
$325 due September 25, 2026
Remaining balance due by October 30, 2026

Is this a full-season commitment?
Yes. Accepting a position is a commitment to the full club season (November–April).

When are regular season tryouts?
November 7, 8, and 14, 2026.
The detailed schedule will be released at a later date.

Is there any disadvantage to waiting until November?
No. November tryouts will still offer full opportunities for team placement. Early tryouts are simply an additional opportunity, not a requirement.

How quickly do we need to respond to an offer?
Offers may require a response within 24 hours, so please be prepared to make a timely decision.

What happens if we accept but miss a payment?
Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in forfeiture of the roster spot.

My athlete is new to club volleyball. Can they still attend?
Yes. Athletes of all backgrounds are welcome. Placement is based on skill level, experience, and readiness for a Premier team environment.

What is a Premier team?
Premier teams are our highest-level competitive teams, with a focus on advanced training, competitive tournament play, and athlete development.

What is the time commitment like?
The club season typically runs November through April, with multiple weekly practices and weekend tournaments.

How many days per week do teams practice?
Practice schedules vary by team but typically include 2 practices per week, plus tournament play.

What kind of travel is involved?
Travel varies by team level, but Premier teams do participate in local and regional multi-day tournaments.

What should my athlete bring to tryouts?
Athletic clothing, court shoes, water, and a positive, competitive mindset.

Does attending early tryouts impact November tryouts?
No. All athletes remain fully eligible for team placement in November if not selected in July.

Can my athlete decline an early offer and still try out in November?
Yes. Declining an early offer does not prevent participation in November tryouts.

Will teams be finalized after early tryouts?
No. Rosters will continue to be finalized through the November tryout process.

Can my athlete attend both early tryouts and November tryouts?
Yes. If not placed in July, they are encouraged to attend November tryouts.
